Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable allows you to setup and track Vendors and their invoices, to pay them on scheduled dates, track detailed, fund accounting level distribution into General Ledger, Job Cost, and Inventory, integrate seamlessly with Purchase Orders, allow easy and visual selection of invoices for payment (either manually or by date / vendor), and provides extensive reporting capabilities (including checks for payment).
 
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable allows you to setup and track Customers and their invoices and payments, to track aging of outstanding invoices, includes detailed fund accounting level distribution into General Ledger, Job Cost and Inventory, integration with the Order Entry module, detailed and rich reporting of A/R data includes Statements, Overdue Notices, Invoices and other transaction types, detailed tracking of taxes for different State, Counties and Cities.
 
Payroll
Payroll allows in depth tracking of employees and their information, including detailed, fund accounting level distribution into General Ledger and Job Cost, entry of payment detail, both for hourly employees (tracking to day / time level if desired), and salaried employees (salaried employees can be entered manually or generated automatically), print checks, handle ACH Direct Deposit (up to 2 accounts per employee, any percentage allowed up to 100%), easily tracks and prints quarterly and yearly information including 941 (both State and Federal) and W2 reports, and allows detailed reporting of all data.
 
Client Service
Client Services allows you to track HIPAA level Client data, including rich appointment scheduling and staff calendar tracking, detailed fund level tracking of charges and payments, HIPAA billing for Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid for 837 (charges) and 835 (payments), detailed self-pay calculations and Statements, Over Notices, Invoices and other transactions, rich fund level automatic or manual distribution by automatic templates or manual entry that interfaces with General Ledger and Job Cost, dozens of reports to track data from a high level Reporting Unit view, or a detailed per transaction view, Prior Authorization tracking and much, much, more.
 
General Ledger
General Ledger allows for tracking of fund accounting level Account and Department information. Tracks deep integration with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Client Services, Inventory in both summary and detail levels. Provides rich reporting features that include Profit / Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc. with dozens of different formats. Detail reporting that ties back to the actual detail transaction from the source module, providing rich and easy to follow audit trails, all at the touch of a button.
 
Job Cost
Job Cost allows for tracking of Jobs (or contracts) across unlimited funding periods (weeks, months quarters or years), allows detail tracking by user defined Job, Division, Phase and Type allowing for practically unlimited levels of user defined detail. Dozens of reports that present the information in whatever level of detail that is required, from Job, Job/Division, Job/Division/Phase or Job/Division/Phase/Type. Reports can be printed in summary or detail formats. Detail tracks back transactions back to actual source module, allowing for deep and rich audit trail tracking.
 
Inventory
Inventory allows for the tracking of Items, and allows for detailed fund level integration with General Ledger and Job Cost, provides rich reporting tracking user defined and category based pricing models, tracks quantities by Item, or Item / Department, provides dozens of reports that can be printed in summary or detail format. Detailed reporting that ties transactions back to the original source module, from purchases (in Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable), to sales (in Accounts Receivable), and adjustments for physical counts and custom overrides. Detailed status reports that allow you to view the status (on hand, on order, committed, sold, etc.) of any item, including rich audit trail features that track back to the source module.
 
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders allow expenses to be tracked with an authorization based system, where employees request authorization of expenditures, and Purchase Orders are generated that interface with fund level detail General Ledger, Job Cost and Inventory. Once ordered items are received, Purchase Orders flow seamlessly into the Accounts Payable module, and eventually into all supporting modules (General Ledger, Job Cost and Inventory). Purchase Orders can be printed for mailing to vendors, or for internal tracking. Detailed “ordered” reports that allow you to know at all times what your organization has committed.
 
Order Entry
Order Entry provides a powerful Quote / Order system. It tracks deep, fund level accounting for General Ledger, Job Cost and Order Entry. User Defined Quotes can be printed and sent to customers for approval and signature, and once approved can be converted to “orders” with a single button click. Once an item moves to the “ordered” state, it shows up on applicable inventory (and other) reports. Orders can be “shipped’ partially, or in total. Items partially shipped are automatically tracked as remaining (or backordered). Orders flow directly into the Accounts Receivable module, and eventually into all supporting modules (General Ledger, Job Cost and Inventory). Reporting includes Quotes, Orders, Acknowledgements, Load Tags, Picking Ticket Forms, Picking Lists, Backorder Tickets and much, much more.
